About this Study:

This study aims to understand if there are therapeutic effects to art journaling the journey of caring for a houseplant. Participants of this study will engage with an art journal while caring for their houseplant daily for two months, which will include art making, writing, and considering your mental health. This study will begin January 8, 2025, and will conclude March 8, 2025. Journal entries will be uploaded weekly. Participation is completely voluntary and you may quit at any time. Participants must be 18 years or older and live in the United States to participate.
